Self-publishing is much easier thanks to new companies like LuLu.com that let up upload your cookbook and then print what and when you want, even 1 copy. Others can purchase you cookbook too. This site is a how-to design, layout, make table-of-contents and index, proofread, create the correct file format. There are also pointers to free and inexpensive templates.  And it's doable, by you.
